Western Sydney University seeks an experienced lawyer to own a portfolio of property, construction, environmental and planning matters. Based in the Office of General Counsel, you will drive legal strategy, manage risk and deliver commercially sound outcomes aligned with University objectives.
You will guide negotiations, structuring and settlement of complex contracts and major projects, while mentoring junior lawyers and ensuring governance integrity across approvals and compliance.
