Lutheran Care in Darwin is launching a Defence Family Support Program and seeks a proactive Coordinator to lead delivery and partnership development in the Top End. You will engage Defence families, manage referrals, and help ensure program data and KPIs are reported accurately.
This hands-on role involves coordinating volunteers, community outreach, and developing referral pathways to access specialist support for families and personnel relocating to Darwin.
