About the Role:
As our Marketing and Student Recruitment Coordinator - Subcontinent Market, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of CIHE by engaging with agents and potential international students and bringing our story to life through dynamic recruitment efforts. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, thinking creatively, and driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver international recruitment plans for priority markets
Identify recent recruitment opportunities and grow CIHE Australia's agent network
Build relationships with education agents, prospective students and industry partners
Support prospective students from initial enquiry through to application and enrolment
Deliver agent training, presentations, information sessions and webinars
Coordinate recruitment campaigns and develop content tailored to target markets
Represent CIHE Australia at education fairs, agent events and industry forums
Track market trends, visa and regulatory changes, competitor activity and student demand
Monitor agent performance, enquiry conversion and enrolment outcomes
Coordinate with Admissions and Student Services to support a smooth enrolment experience
Ensure recruitment activities, agent engagement and promotional materials comply with ESOS,



the National Code, CRICOS requirements and CIHE Australia's policies.
Meet agreed recruitment and enrolment targets
Identify and create opportunities to develop the brand and profile of CIHE
Liaise with onshore and offshore education agents
Understand the importance of inclusion, equality, and diversity
Guide students through the journey from inquiry to enrolment, offering personalised advice on courses, admissions, and the CIHE experience
Analyse the performance of recruitment strategies, constantly refining them for even greater impact
