Customer Service Representative

No previous steel industry or customer service experience is required
— we will provide training and support to help you succeed in the role.
About the role
Handling phone and email sales enquiries
Building relationships with customers
Preparing and following up on quotations, negotiating and entering orders.
Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery
Assisting our external sales team in processing customer queries/accounts

Good communication skills
Basic computer skills and confidence learning current systems
