Centre Director & Assistant Director
to lead our brand new service from day one.

As Move Early Learning continues to grow, you will also have the opportunity to mentor and support future Centre Directors, sharing your experience and helping establish our new services in our next locations ensuring our values, vision, and commitment to quality are embedded from day one.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Creating and embedding a strong centre culture aligned with Move Early Learning values from day one
Overseeing day to day operations including staffing, rostering, administration, budgeting, and service management
Being a visible and supportive leader who motivates educators and builds team confidence
Championing child safety and ensuring it fuels every decision, interaction, and practice
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, National Law, National Regulations, National Quality Standards, policies, and procedures
Making confident, timely, and considered decisions that support children, families, educators, and service outcomes
Building & Establishing positive relationships with families & children and support creating a strong sense of community connection
Supporting educator growth through coaching, mentoring, professional development, and ongoing feedback
Maintaining high standards of health, safety, supervision, wellbeing, and child protection practices
About You
We are looking for a passionate early childhood director or Assistant Director who:
Has a previous experience as a Centre Director or Assistant Director (minimum 1 year experience)
Holds an approved Early Childhood qualification and all mandatory certification
Has strong knowledge of compliance, governance, National Quality Standards, and best practice in early childhood education
Has excellent communication, organisation and team mentoring skills
Is a visible and supportive leader who can mentor, inspire, and empower educators
Is passionate about creating environments where children can move their mind, body, and soul
