Hamilton Island Enterprises is seeking an experienced Baker for night production on Hamilton Island. You will bake yeast-risen breads, sourdough and pastries, working from about 4pm until midnight–3am, on a busy island bakery team.
The role requires craft in croissants and danishes, robust dough preparation skills and a commitment to quality, food safety, and on-time delivery for guests and venues. Subsidised staff accommodation is available.
