Crown Resorts is seeking a high-energy Relationship Manager to oversee a premium guest portfolio and drive loyalty, visitation and revenue growth. You will collaborate with marketing, VIP services, gaming, hotels, and F&B; to deliver personalized experiences that exceed guest expectations.
Ideal candidates bring a track record in premium sales or VIP account management, robust negotiation skills, and a customer-first mindset. Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred.
