Marketing Coordinator | Beauty | Melbourne | $80,000 + super
We're partnering with a truly iconic beauty brand to find a hands‐on Marketing Coordinator to join their growing in‐house team.
This is a role for someone who loves being close to the action. You'll play a key role across social, content, influencer activity, events and shoots, working closely with the founders and wider creative team to bring the brand to life across every touchpoint.
You'll be given plenty of ownership, but this isn't a role for someone who wants to sit purely in strategy. We're looking for a true operator who is happy to get into the detail, make things happen and take ideas from concept through to execution.
The Role
You'll work closely with the brand‐focused founder and wider marketing team to:
Own the day‐to‐day management of Instagram and TikTok
Develop and coordinate social content that feels native to the brand and platform
Be comfortable creating content yourself and appearing on camera
Coordinate brand events, activations and launches
Coordinate photo shoots from planning through to execution
Coordinate influencer gifting, outreach and ongoing relationships
Brief and coordinate internal and external creative resources
Identify opportunities to keep the brand culturally relevant and visible
Manage multiple projects at once while keeping things moving from brief through to delivery




Get involved in the day‐to‐day detail and passionate about making things happen
About You
We're looking for someone with around 1-3 years' experience in a similar marketing, social or brand role, ideally within beauty, fashion, lifestyle or another highly visual consumer brand.
You'll be:
A hands‐on marketer who enjoys execution
Confident owning projects independently from start to finish
Comfortable making decisions and taking initiative
Organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities
Naturally tuned into social, content, creators and cultural trends
Comfortable being on camera and creating content yourself
Someone who can roll up their sleeves and get into the nitty gritty
Confident working with a range of creative stakeholders
Commercially minded, while still having a strong creative instinct
Energised by a rapid‐moving environment where things can change quickly
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who can take ownership. You won't need to wait for someone to tell you what to do. You'll see an opportunity, work out what needs to happen and make it happen.
