Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide protected, compassionate clinical care for residents with diverse and complex needs in residential aged care. You will work with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team to identify changes early and support each resident's quality of life.
You will assess residents, administer medications, monitor and respond to changes, and uphold infection control and documentation standards while contributing to a supportive care environment.
