About the Role
You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing difficulties across children and/or adults. The role involves developing individualised therapy programs, monitoring progress, and working collaboratively with clients, families, carers, teachers, and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing assessments.
Develop and deliver individualised therapy plans and evidence-based interventions.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
Provide education and practical strategies to clients, families, carers, and relevant professionals.
Maintain accurate clinical records, reports, and documentation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other service providers.
Participate in case conferences, professional development,



and clinical supervision.
Ensure services are delivered in accordance with professional, ethical, and organisational standards.

About You
You're a passionate Speech Pathologist who upholds:
Deliver evidence-based therapy in homes, schools, and community settings
Support clients of all ages to achieve meaningful goals
Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Provide therapy in-person and via telehealth
Prepare accurate and timely reports
What We're Looking For
Degree in Speech Pathology + SPA registration
Passion for helping clients achieve their goals
Strong communication & teamwork skills
NDIS orientation module completed (or willing to)
