Hank's Bagelry in Melbourne is seeking a dedicated baker to join our production kitchen. You will mix, shape, proof, boil and bake bagels and pastries for our two stores, working closely with the Executive Chef's team.
Expect 40 hours per week on a rotating roster with early mornings (2am) on some days. Growth opportunities exist as we expand and scale production capacity in our current kitchen.
