You will deliver outreach support and case management to young people aged 16+ who are homeless or at risk, helping them access safe housing and develop independent living skills. Based in Innisfail, you will engage with local services, advocate for referrals, and maintain SHIP records in a trauma‐informed, person‐centred framework, contributing to positive long‐term
