The Plant Biosecurity Coordinator reports to the Land & Sea Manager and coordinates weed management activities required under the Biodiversity Offsets Management Plan (BOMP) for the Groote Archipelago. The role works with ALC Rangers, GEMCO's Environmental Department and contractors to plan, deliver and report on strategic weed management actions that protect environmental, cultural, and economic values.
Successful execution requires collaboration, monitoring and reporting to ensure BOMP targets
