Capability HR is seeking a Senior People Partner to provide stability and leadership across core people operations during a transition. You will be the primary HR contact in Sydney, working with the CEO, COO and global stakeholders in a high-growth SaaS setting.
This temporary role focuses on core HR operations, employee relations, culture, and systems. Ideally you bring 7+ years in HR, standalone capability, and strong knowledge of Australian employment law in a hybrid Australian workplace.
