About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team at Martin and Pleasance (M&P;) in our Port Melbourne office. This
full time, on-site role
will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients while generating sales and taking orders. You will be part of a small, supportive team reporting to our Customer Service Manager.
What your day would look like:
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email and providing knowledgeable and friendly assistance.
Processing orders and managing customer accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
Providing sales support by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant products and services.
Conducting outbound sales calls to generate orders.
Maintaining detailed records and documentation to support customer interactions.




Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
Assisting with general administrative tasks as required.
What you will bring to the role:
Proven experience in a customer service support role, ideally within the natural health industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving and decision‐making skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
Knowledge in using relevant software and systems, including CRM and order management tools.
A commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service and achieving sales targets.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in homeopathy/naturopathy are beneficial but not essential.
A team player.
