Provide high-level paediatric and neonatal care at Redland Hospital, delivering safe, compassionate and evidence‐based care within a supportive multidisciplinary team. Gain broad clinical experience across paediatrics, neonatal care and emergency services while contributing to teaching, quality improvement and service development.
About you:
You are a compassionate clinician passionate about high-quality paediatric and neonatal care and supporting the development of others.
Demonstrated
clinical experience with strong assessment, decision‐making and patient management skills.
Advanced Paediatric and Neonatal Life Support experience
with a commitmentto safe, evidence‐based care.
Strong communication and teamwork skills
with children, families and multidisciplinary teams.
Enthusiasm for
teaching, mentoring and supervising junior medical staff.
Commitment
to quality improvement, education, research and ongoing professional development.
