Key responsibilities
Manage a well-maintained residential portfolio
Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Confidently step into the role and become a valued member of the team
About you
Minimum 5 years' experience in Residential Property Management
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Robust organisational and time management abilities
High attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
A proactive and positive attitude
Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
Experience with PropertyMe (preferred but not essential)




Commercial experience an advantage but not necessary
