Endeavour Group is seeking a Senior Change Manager - Data Capability & Adoption to lead the enterprise change governance system and AI literacy initiative across key commercial pillars. You will co-own value realisation with Product and Business leaders, shaping adoption standards within agile product lifecycles.
You will manage a small team of Change Managers, partner with P&C;, and engage executive stakeholders to embed data and AI adoption into delivery. Hybrid Sydney or Melbourne.
