We are looking for an experienced
Talent Partner
who knows that successful recruitment is about more than filling vacancies. It is about understanding what teams need, finding people who share our values and creating a candidate experience that leaves a lasting impression.
In this role, you will manage recruitment across a diverse organisation delivering residential aged care, in-home care and community services. You will work closely with leaders to develop practical attraction strategies, strengthen talent pipelines and secure the people Sundale needs for the future.
What you will do
Reporting to the Talent Pathways Lead, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process across a broad portfolio of roles.
Your responsibilities will include:
Partnering with hiring managers to understand current and future workforce requirements
Developing targeted sourcing and attraction strategies
Creating engaging, values-led job advertisements
Managing advertising across job boards, social media, talent pools, referrals and professional networks
Screening applications and conducting initial phone interviews
Coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers throughout the selection process
Keeping candidates informed and creating a respectful, responsive candidate experience
Completing reference checks and coordinating pre-employment compliance requirements
Preparing employment contracts
Monitoring recruitment activity, trends and key metrics
Providing managers with recruitment advice, system guidance and practical supportContributing to employer branding, careers events and talent initiatives
Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experiences
The role combines hands‐on recruitment delivery with stakeholder partnership, workforce planning and continuous improvement.
What you will bring
You will be a proactive and organised recruitment professional who can confidently manage competing priorities while maintaining strong communication with candidates and managers.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment
Experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment, ideally within aged care, health or community services
Strong contemporary recruitment and talent acquisition knowledge
The ability to develop effective sourcing strategies and build sustainable talent pipelines
Experience writing compelling job advertisements and managing multiple advertising channels
Confidence conducting screening calls, coordinating interviews and completing reference checks
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Sound judgement, professionalism and discretion
Robust attention to detail and a commitment to accurate documentation
Experience using recruitment or HR information systems
Confidence using recruitment data and market insights to support decision‐making
A qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
Experience within the health or not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded.
