Key Responsibilities
Advising financial institutions,
fintech businesses and payment providers on regulatory and compliance obligations.
Providing guidance on financial services laws, licensing requirements, consumer credit regulations and anti-money laundering obligations.
Assisting clients with the launch of new financial products, digital platforms and innovative technology-driven services.
Advising on regulatory investigations, compliance reviews and interactions with key regulators.
Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including technology, payments and financial services arrangements.
Supporting business development initiatives and building robust relationships with a sophisticated client base.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
3+ years' PAE in financial services regulation, fintech, banking & finance or commercial law gained within a reputable private practice environment.
Experience advising on financial services regulatory frameworks and compliance matters.
Strong technical, drafting and problem-solving skills.
A commercial mindset and the ability to deliver practical, risk-based advice.
Excellent communication skills and confidence managing client relationships.
An interest in emerging technologies, digital innovation and the evolving regulatory landscape.
