This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and focused individual looking to launch a long-term career in commercial property management. We are seeking enthusiastic, full-time Property Management Associates to join our Noosaville office.
About the Role
Monday–Friday work hours
One-on-one initial training to support early development
Ongoing training, mentoring and career progression

Key Responsibilities
Managing a commercial property portfolio in line with legislative requirements
Liaising with owners and maintaining strong relationships
Conducting market and rent reviews
Negotiating lease renewals
Processing lease assignments
Coordinating maintenance and managing rental arrears
Handling lease expiries
Experience in commercial real estate is advantageous, but not essential.
Requirements
A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
A motivated,



proactive approach with a strong desire to learn and grow
Excellent attention to detail, reliability and willingness to take on responsibility
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Experience dealing with clients
Effective time-management and multitasking abilities
Enjoys structure, systems and processes
The successful applicant will be required to obtain a Real Estate Registration Certificate as part of their employment.
Remuneration
Remuneration will be commensurate with skills and experience.
