The Role: Business Development Manager - Security Operations
Our Client
is a privately owned Security company with its operations expanding across Western Australia. They are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities, develop key client relationships, and support the continued growth of the organisation across WA.
This is a key commercial role working closely with the Director and Operations team to identify current opportunities, develop client relationships, prepare tenders and proposals, and secure new contracts across the security services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across Western Australia.




Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
Prepare and coordinate tenders, proposals, and commercial submissions.
Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry functions.
Develop tailored security solutions and service proposals to meet client requirements.
Work closely with the Operations team to ensure new contracts are effectively mobilised and delivered.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
