Plena Healthcare is seeking a Mobile Dietitian to provide high-quality dietetics services to adults in Residential Aged Care facilities and the local community. You will travel between sites, deliver person-centred care, and support nutrition and hydration systems.
The role includes educational sessions, menu assessments, and collaboration with Plena colleagues to ensure high-quality care while adhering to best practice and timely documentation.
