As our logistics, fulfillment, and operational footprint grows, we are appointing a
Supply Chain Technology ERP Application Manager
to lead product ownership, platform strategy, and delivery across our ERP and operational tech stack.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain Technology, this hands-on leadership role owns the product vision, roadmap, and backlog across our core operational systems - including SAP Business One (SAP B1) and future ERP platforms. You will lead a cross-functional team of Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and Analysts to ensure our fulfillment, warehouse, delivery, and returns technology remains scalable and resilient.
Drive the multi-year roadmap across SAP B1 and operational platforms powering our supply chain.
Manage and mentor Product Owners and Analysts, embedding strong Agile delivery practices.
Lead commercial relationships, renewals, and integrations with software vendors and 3PL partners.
Connect operations, tech, and C-suite stakeholders to deliver high-value supply chain capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Define and evolve system capabilities across order, delivery, warehouse, billing, and returns platforms.
Manage the program backlog,



break down epics, prioritize features, and drive sprint delivery.
Coach direct reports and build a high-accountability culture.
Manage external vendor scope, SLAs, commercial contracts, and integration pipelines.
Represent systems in the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and partner with business leads to ensure smooth adoption.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Proven track record in product management across ERP ecosystems (e.g., SAP B1), logistics, and 3PL integrations.
Experience managing large-scale backlogs, roadmap execution, and sprint delivery in e-commerce or tech.
Demonstrated success leading and developing Product Owners, Analysts, or Iteration Managers.
Background negotiating contracts, managing SLAs, and directing third-party implementation teams.
Robust understanding of system integrations, data pipelines, event-driven architecture, and Jira/Confluence.
