Who we're looking for?
Current NSW real estate Certificate ofRegistration or willingness to obtain (with our support).
Proven experience in retail or propertymanagement, ideally across multi-site portfolios
Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills with a customer-focused approach.
Excellent organisational and administrativeability to manage high-volume tasks and deadlines.
Familiarity with tenancy systems andcompliance processes; Microsoft Office proficiency.
The role Join Knight Frank's national retail team as a Retail Manager, overseeing theday-to-day operations, presentation, and tenant engagement for Town/ Shoppingcentres with 190 tenants.Ensure smooth trading and a great experience for retailers and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of daily retail and tenancymanagement across multiple centres, ensuring compliance and presentationstandards.|
Act as the primary contact for tenants,resolving queries promptly and building strong relationships.
Coordinate lease administration, compliancetasks (insurances, bank guarantees), and maintain accurate records.
Support marketing initiatives, retailerengagement, and trading analysis to drive performance.




Partner with facilities and portfoliomanagers to deliver seamless operations and meet KPIs.
