About the Role

Churches of Christ Queensland is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Barcoo Aged Care in Blackall.
This is an opportunity to provide meaningful, person-centred care to residents while working as part of a supportive team. You'll play an important role in delivering high-quality clinical care, supporting residents and their families, and contributing to positive outcomes for the people who call Barcoo home.

About You
You'll be a compassionate and clinically capable Registered Nurse who takes pride in delivering quality care and building positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
You will bring:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Experience in residential aged care, or a strong interest in working within aged care
Strong clinical assessment, medication management and care planning skills
The ability to recognise and respond to changes in residents' clinical needs
A person-centred approach to care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to clinical quality, resident safety and positive outcomes
Current First Aid, CPR and relevant screening checks, or willingness to obtain
Valid Australian working rights -
