You will support over 350 users across Australia and Current Zealand, delivering friendly, professional desktop support and remote troubleshooting under the guidance of senior IT staff.
You'll gain hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, JSON/XML data handling, and MS Office while developing your customer-service and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced logistics
