Seeking an EAM Business Analyst with SAP S/4HANA Reporting and Power BI expertise to support the transition and optimisation of Enterprise Asset Management reporting within a major SAP transformation program.
Title: SAP Reporting Analyst
Contract: 12 months+ likely extension
Location: Brisbane CBD (Hybrid work)
Key Responsibilities
Gather and validate EAM reporting requirements with business stakeholders.
Assess SAP ECC reports and define future-state SAP S/4HANA reporting solutions.
Rationalise and standardise reports, KPIs, business rules, and data definitions.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and report designs.
Develop reporting solutions and dashboards using SAP S/4HANA and Power BI.
Deliver insights across maintenance, asset performance, reliability, and downtime metrics.
Support data validation, testing, and business acceptance activities.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver sustainable reporting capabilities.
Required Skills
Proven Business Analyst experience within EAM environments.
Solid SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA reporting expertise.
Hands-on Power BI reporting and dashboard development experience.
Understanding of asset management and maintenance processes.
Experience defining KPIs, reporting standards,



and data governance practices.
Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with reporting transformation and report rationalisation initiatives.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience supporting testing and data validation activities.
Exposure to large-scale SAP transformation or migration programs.
