Kyabra Community Association Inc. is seeking a Case Worker in Brisbane to deliver case management and coordinate services for people with complex needs, including disability and housing support.
You will hold a tertiary qualification in Human Services or Social Work, and demonstrate experience in intake, assessment and working within disability and housing sectors. You will comply with relevant legislation and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
