hazardous waste, packaged chemical waste, industrial services and resource recovery solutions
is seeking a commercially minded
Sales & Service Supervisor
to support the continued growth of its Central Queensland operations.
Operating across mining, resources, councils, industrial and commercial markets, the business delivers specialised waste management, environmental and remediation services while maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance and sustainable outcomes.
The Position
This is a unique opportunity to combine
business development, account management and operational leadership
in a highly visible regional role.
You will be responsible for driving sales growth across Central Queensland while also supporting the safe and profitable delivery of projects and services. Working closely with customers, operational teams and senior management, you will identify opportunities, strengthen customer relationships and ensure service delivery exceeds expectations.
Regular travel throughout Central Queensland will be required as you build relationships with customers across mining, industrial, commercial and local government sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and secure new business opportunities across Central Queensland
Develop and grow relationships with mining, industrial, council and commercial customers
Reactivate dormant accounts and expand existing customer relationships
Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM records
Prepare quotations, proposals and account development plans
Work closely with operational teams to provide tailored customer solutions
Achieve revenue growth and profitability targets
Operations & Service Delivery




Support project planning and execution across customer sites
Assist with resource allocation, contractor management and scheduling
Ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and compliantly
Resolve customer issues and maintain high service standards
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, profitability and customer outcomes
Safety & Compliance
Promote a strong safety-first culture
Ensure activities comply with environmental and regulatory requirements
Support incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the business
About You
You may currently be a Business Development Manager, Account Manager, Service Supervisor, Operations Coordinator or Sales Representative within waste management, industrial services, environmental services or a related sector.
You enjoy balancing commercial growth with practical operational problem-solving and are confident working autonomously in a regional territory.
Skills & Experience
Proven sales, business development or account management experience
Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills
Commercially focused with a solid growth mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools
Waste management, environmental services or industrial services experience highly regarded
Understanding of hazardous waste, packaged waste or environmental compliance advantageous
