Australia Cruise Group is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the Showboat 2 kitchen, operating from King Street Wharf, Sydney. You will lead a team under the Head Chef, ensuring high-quality, well-presented dishes and smooth daily operations aboard a harbour cruise.
The role requires a minimum of 2 years in a senior kitchen, robust leadership and food-safety knowledge, and Australian working rights. Coastal cruise experience is highly regarded and meals are provided on board.
