Westfield Sydney is seeking an experienced and dynamic store manager to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations
Manage and supervise staff, including scheduling and training
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
Handle cash flow, sales reports, and budgeting
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
Implement marketing and promotional strategies
Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
To qualify for this role, you must have:
Prior experience in a similar role
Exhibit a positive attitude, positive team spirit, and ability to work effectively under pressure
Exhibit excellent communication, organisational, time and resource management skills
