The Opportunity
Due to increasing demand for our services, we are looking for a highly motivated
Civil Design Engineer
with at least 7 years of experience to join our Newstead civil team. The role offers the opportunity to lead technical design, manage small-scale projects, and work on projects across our national portfolio.
You'll enjoy working alongside respected industry professionals and possess the agility required to consistently deliver high-quality work across a diverse range of projects, including:
Land Subdivisions
Local Government Infrastructure & Urban Master Planning
Stormwater, Flood Modelling & WSUD
Aged Care, Childcare, Education and Retirement Living.
Multi-Residential, Commercial & Industrial Developments
Requirements for Success
4 year Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (Engineers Australia-recognised)
At least 7 years of post-grad experience, ideally with some experience working on projects in SEQ, and requiring interactions with local government authorities and asset managers




Solid technical design skills and proficiency with relevant software
RPEQ, NER, or CPEng accreditation (or working towards it)

Recent experience applying Australian design standards on projects delivered in SEQ
