About the Role
Working both autonomously and collaboratively within a tight-knit team of four, you will price a diverse portfolio of recent build Industrial Projects to first principles on Warehouses, Storage Facilities, Car showrooms and large Retail Outlets.
Prepare accurate first-principles estimates for projects ranging from $1M to $100M.
Work closely with the other Estimators to execute competitive tender strategies.
Maintain effective daily communication and seamlessly hand over winning tender strategies to site teams.
Utilize local market knowledge to negotiate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers.
