Australian Venue Co. is opening Bellevue Bar & Terrace at Crown Southbank in November 2026 and is building its kitchen team from day one. We’re seeking a Demi Chef who is passionate about food, reliable, and thrives in a busy kitchen with a hands-on leadership approach.
