About the job

A leading machinery dealership network is seeking a proactive National Warranty Manager to take full ownership of warranty operations and revenue recovery across multiple branches in New South Wales and Victoria.

This role offers exceptional autonomy, flexible hybrid/remote working arrangements, and the opportunity to drive standardisation and capability across regional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maximise group warranty recovery performance, tracking submissions, approval rates, and credit reconciliations.
- Audit job cards, technician narratives, and labour coding to guarantee strict OEM compliance.
- Investigate, rework, and resolve disputed or rejected claims directly with manufacturer warranty teams.
- Conduct monthly registration audits and deliver targeted warranty training to branch staff.
- Travel periodically across the branch footprint to provide hands-on mentoring and operational support.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience managing, coding, and submitting OEM warranty claims within heavy machinery, automotive, agricultural, or equipment dealerships.




- Solid mechanical comprehension to accurately interpret diagnostic write-ups and parts usage against policy.
- High proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS/ERP), claims portals, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills to negotiate assertively with OEMs while mentoring branch teams.
- Current driver licence and willingness to travel up to one week per month.

A competitive base salary package is on offer, with vehicle or travel provisions negotiable.

About the location

This role offers exceptional flexibility with a remote, work-from-home model supported by regular branch travel, capped at one week per month. Ideally, you will be based within the regional network footprint across regional New South Wales, regional Victoria, Sydney, or hubs such as Wagga Wagga and Griffith. Alternatively, candidates residing near an existing branch can work on site as preferred.
