ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a well-established Australian organisation with a strong focus on community, sustainability and making a positive impact.

They are looking for a Store Manager who can lead from the front, build a strong team culture and take ownership of the store’s daily operations and performance.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will:
• Lead, coach and motivate staff and volunteers
• Drive sales, budgets and store KPIs
• Manage daily store operations and cash handling
• Create a welcoming customer experience
• Oversee stock, pricing and merchandising
• Maintain strong store presentation standards
• Support recruitment, training and team development
• Manage customer feedback professionally
• Ensure WHS, policies and procedures are followed
• Lead from the shop floor and stay hands-on

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Previous Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Hospitality Management experience
• Strong people leadership and communication skills
• Confidence managing KPIs, budgets and daily operations




• Hands-on approach and ability to work in a busy workplace
• Strong customer service skills
• Organised, reliable and commercially minded
• Ability to motivate and develop a team
• Comfortable working with employees and volunteers

Retail experience is preferred, but strong Hospitality Managers with transferable leadership and operational experience are encouraged to apply.
