The Organisation
4 Healthcare Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a multidisciplinary and well-established paediatric clinic owned by a passionate clinician. The clinic has been operating for over 15 years and has excellent staff retention.
They prioritise the wellbeing and career development of their employees by offering a hybrid working model with genuine work-life balance. Clinicians can work from home in the mornings before completing clinic-based or telehealth appointments in the afternoons.
With a focus on quality outcomes, manageable caseloads and low targets, this is an ideal opportunity for a Speech Pathologist who wants to provide meaningful therapy without the pressure of excessive billable expectations.
The Role
This is a rare opportunity that has become available due to staff relocation. As a Speech Pathologist, you will work in a purpose-built clinic alongside a large team of Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists, allowing you to collaborate, share ideas and continue developing your clinical skills.
You will support children across a range of communication needs, delivering evidence-based assessment and intervention while having access to a shared resource drive filled with therapy materials and clinical resources.
As part of the 100-day induction program, your sessions will be supported by two experienced Heads of Department who do not hold a clinical caseload, allowing them to focus on mentoring, clinical guidance and helping you thrive in your role.
This is an excellent opportunity to receive a competitive salary, ongoing support and mentoring, access quality software packages and utilise a wide range of pre-made therapy resources designed to make your role as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.
Whether you are a Graduate Speech Pathologist looking to begin your career or an experienced clinician seeking a supportive setting, what matters most is your passion for delivering high-quality therapy to the children and families you support.
