HSE Advisor – Systems & Compliance
Location: Perth CBD
Roster: 5/2 (Monday to Friday)
Business Unit: Resources & Energy West
Duration: Permanent Full Time.

About the Role
This role is responsible for maintaining key HSE and workforce management systems including MyPass, ISNetworld, Rapid, Felix, Clui and SharePoint, ensuring accurate records, system compliance and effective support to project teams. You will play a critical role in coordinating training, competency, contractor compliance and HSE reporting while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain HSE, training and contractor management systems including MyPass, ISNetworld, Rapid, Felix and Clui.
- Manage contractor onboarding, prequalification and compliance verification processes.
- Monitor and track contractor and workforce compliance requirements, ensuring documentation remains current.
- Coordinate training matrices, competency records and training needs analysis across projects.
- Develop and distribute compliance reports and system performance data.
- Support induction, training and competency management processes.
- Administer the REW HSE Hub, including document control, content verification and SharePoint maintenance.
- Develop user guides, process documents, training materials and communication resources.
- Provide system training and ongoing support to project teams and contractor companies.
- Assist with HSE reporting, sustainability reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage system permissions and access controls across HSE platforms.

About You

- Experience using workforce, training or contractor management systems such as MyPass and ISNetworld.
- Experience with document management systems, preferably SharePoint.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and reporting.
- Strong administrative,



organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail with a solid compliance focus.
- Experience within construction, resources, energy, utilities or other high-risk industries will be highly regarded.
- Qualifications in HSEQ or a related discipline are desirable.
