About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a temporary contract placement on a medical/surgical ward in Innisfail, Cairns & Hinterland region, QLD. This is an ASAP start for a 3-week contract. You will deliver high-quality nursing care across a varied medical and surgical caseload, working within a supportive multidisciplinary environment
- Deliver high-quality nursing care across medical and surgical presentations
- Conduct patient assessments, care planning and clinical monitoring
- Administer medications and treatments in line with best practice standards
- Support safe admission, discharge and transfer processes
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Benefits:
- $60 - $70 per hour + superannuation

About You:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated medical/surgical ward experience
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Eligible to work in Australia
