We're looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join a supportive team in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs. Whether you're already working in electrical wholesale or you're an electrician/stores qualified ready to make the move into sales, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be a key contact for trade customers, helping them find the right products, providing quotes and ensuring orders are processed quickly and accurately.
Your day will include:
- ������ Responding to customer enquiries by phone, email and in person
- ������ Building strong, long-term relationships with trade customers
- ������ Preparing quotes, pricing and product information
- ������ Processing orders and checking stock availability
- ������ Providing product advice across a range of electrical products
- ������ Identifying sales opportunities and following up enquiries
- ������������ Supporting the external sales team with quotes, orders and administration
- ������ Working closely with the warehouse to ensure customers receive their orders on time
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with people who have:
- Previous experience in electrical wholesale, trade counter sales, plumbing, HVAC, building products or another trade-based wholesale environment will be highly regarded.
- Good knowledge of electrical products and terminology
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A confident and proactive approach
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A genuine interest in building a career in sales
