The Strategy and Business Transformation team is part of the Digital Technology Services Division. The team supports our organisation's goals by ensuring high-quality support services are delivered across headspace national.

what you'll do

As the Project Manager, Delivery & Design you will be responsible for delivering digital solutions that meet individual headspace division objectives within the broader company IT strategy.

Working in this role, you will:

- Lead digital projects from concept through to successful launch.
- Turn ideas into practical plans, milestones and measurable outcomes.
- Keep delivery on track by proactively managing risks, issues and dependencies.
- Align teams, vendors and sponsors around clear priorities.
- Champion human-centred design and accessible digital experiences.
- Facilitate co-design and ideation to solve complex challenges.
- Maintain strong project governance, reporting and documentation.
- Build trusted relationships and turn stakeholder needs into workable solutions.
- Support smooth change, transition and handover to operational teams.
- Identify and deliver continuous improvements across digital products and services.

what you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- A tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, Engineering or a related discipline, and/or equivalent industry experience.
- Robust experience delivering digital, application or software projects from planning through to launch.
- Excellent project management and business analysis capability across the software lifecycle.
- Experience delivering projects on time, within budget and across competing priorities.




- Understanding of human-centred and service design principles.
- Strong requirements gathering, solution definition and documentation skills.
- Experience managing eternal vendors, dependencies and deliverables.
- Confident stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to make complex information clear.
- A collaborative organised and adaptable approach to getting things done.
