Orthocell is a dynamic regenerative medicine company developing creative medical device and cell therapy products that restore patient mobility, function and performance. We are looking for a capable and enthusiastic Technician to join our QA team.

The Role:

Initially reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager this role will be responsible for:

- Routine visual inspection of finished products

- Preparation of labels and documents for production use

- Cleaning and maintenance of laboratory equipment

- Routine inspection of incoming materials

- Packing and dispatch of biological samples and finished products

- Preparation of records and reports

Skills and experience of the successful candidate will include:

Essential

- Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques





- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team in a busy environment

- Demonstrated high level of attention to detail and sound communication skills

- Willingness to take on tasks needed to support the organisation and a “can-do” attitude

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications

- Full working rights in Australia

Desirable

- Previous experience working in a medically oriented laboratory

- Understanding of therapeutic goods manufacture and relevant regulatory guidelines (ISO, PIC/s, TGA, FDA)
