This all encompassing finance role will suit someone looking for stability and slow / organic growth over the coming years. With a small corporate and operations team you will be key in supporting the MD with all things finance and WIP management.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure management reports are accurate month to month including WIP.
- Manage finance activities including P&L;, balance sheet reports, bank recs, cashflow, budgets and forecasting with the MD.
- Lodge BAS, oversee payroll and transactional services weekly.
- Work with the MD on a range of finance duties that provide key insight into P&L; of operations.
- Manage process improvement initiatives and systems management as required.
- Assist in employee on-boarding and ad hoc operational areas.

Experience:

- CA/CPA qualification is an advantage but not essential.
- 5+ years within accounting and finance.
- Ability to be hands on and willing to assist in ad hoc areas outside of finance.
- Experience / Background within AP/AR is an advantage.
