We now have multiple opportunities available for motivated Supply Chain Analysts to work across our Box Hill. Blackburn and Boronia Locations on a Full-time Fixed Term Basis.

Key responsibilities

- Manage master data for items, locations, suppliers, customers, packaging, unit-of-measurements and other operational master data across business-as-usual processes.

- Perform data profiling, reconciliation and exception analysis between source systems, ERP, warehouse, freight and reporting platforms.

- Coordinate data-change requests, maintain audit trails and escalate gaps or decisions requiring business ownership

- Develop and run validation reports, monitor data-quality measures and coordinate timely corrective action.

- Support testing of supply chain, ERP, warehouse and freight-system changes by preparing scenarios, scripts, expected results and traceable evidence.

- Execute and support regression and user acceptance testing across relevant inbound, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch, returns and freight processes.

- Validate relevant interfaces and message flows between ERP, warehouse, freight-management and reporting tools.

- Log, prioritise, investigate and retest defects; clearly document business impact, workarounds and closure evidence.

- Prepare concise testing updates and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate business or project owner.

- Develop clear standard operating procedures, work instructions, quick-reference guides, process maps and role-based training materials, while continually ensuring accuracy and version control

- Keep documentation current and controlled as processes, systems and business requirements change.

- Support end-user training,



practical demonstrations, onboarding and knowledge transfer for relevant processes and systems

- Support freight allocation, carrier and service configuration, location and rate-card maintenance, and freight master-data validation.

- Monitor and validate dispatch, label, manifest, tracking, freight-cost and carrier-integration processes through testing and reconciliation.

- Analyse actual versus expected freight charges, identify exceptions and support invoice reconciliation and corrective action.

- Support branches and internal stakeholders with carrier, service and delivery requirements, plus domestic or international freight analysis as required.

- Maintain freight procedures, controls, reports and performance measures, and identify opportunities for service or cost improvement.

- Support product slotting processes, SKU segmentation, storage-profile analysis, replenishment logic and capacity assessments.

Ad Hoc Analysis and Reporting may include;

- Supporting transition planning, cutover checklists, stock-migration activities, readiness reviews and hypercare tracking.

- Participating in process mapping, continuous-improvement activities, action tracking, stakeholder workshops and project reporting as required.

- Supporting product slotting processes, SKU segmentation, storage-profile analysis, replenishment logic and capacity assessments.

- Analysing operational variables to support business and usual and NDC decisions.

What you will bring:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, freight, master data or a related analytical role

- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline (desirable).

- Experience working with WMS, ERP, DRP, transport/freight or warehouse systems in an operational or improvement environment.

- Data cleansing, validation, reconciliation and controlled data maintenance experience.

- Experience supporting system or process testing,



documenting issues and assisting with user acceptance testing.

- Ability to create practical process documentation and explain system or process changes to operational users.

- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets; experience with Power BI, SQL or Microsoft Access is advantageous.

- Practical and action-oriented, with the ability to move between data, systems and warehouse operations, and strong attention to detail

- Comfortable working through ambiguity while maintaining disciplined controls and documentation

- Clear and strong written and verbal communication, sound judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

- Experience with Softeon WMS, AutoStore or similar warehouse-management or automated goods-to-person solution (desirable).

- Experience in a high-SKU-count automotive parts, retail, wholesale or distribution workplace (desirable).

- Knowledge of warehouse slotting, freight tendering, carrier integrations, inventory migration or cutover planning (desirable).

- Collaborative and able to build constructive relationships with relevant stakeholders.
