About the role

As the Early Childhood Teacher, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of your room, providing leadership, guidance and support to educators and ensuring a high-quality learning environment for children.

Working closely with the Educational Leader, you will:

- Lead the planning, implementation and reflection of an engaging play-based program
- Develop learning experiences that respond to children's interests, strengths and abilities
- Support educators to deliver the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Build solid, positive relationships with children,



families and educators
- Promote inclusive practice and celebrate diversity
- Support children's wellbeing, safety and development
- Ensure programming, observations and documentation meet regulatory and quality standards
- Provide leadership and contribute to a positive team culture
- Work within the National Quality Standard, National Regulations and Child Safe requirements

About you

You'll be a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher who enjoys leading, mentoring and creating an environment where children can thrive.

You will bring:

- A recognised Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Teaching
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications
- Current Working with Children Check
- Child Protection training
- Strong understanding of child safety and mandatory reporting
- The ability to lead and support a team of educators
- A genuine commitment to quality early childhood education
