We are seeking experienced All-Rounder Operators to join our mining operations on a 2/1 FIFO roster, working day and night shifts.

This role is ideal for multi-skilled operators with experience across a range of mobile plant and equipment, including dump trucks, watercarts, loaders, dozers and graders. You will play an important role in supporting safe and efficient mining operations, meeting production targets and adapting to changing operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate a range of mobile plant and equipment in accordance with site procedures and operational requirements.

- Transition between equipment types and work areas as required to support production priorities.

- Complete assigned tasks in line with mine plans, haul routes and operational instructions.

- Conduct pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks, reporting defects and hazards promptly.

- Ensure accurate handling and movement of ore and waste materials.

- Maintain effective communication with Supervisors and other operational personnel.

- Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe and serviceable condition.

- Comply with all site safety, environmental and operational requirements.

- Contribute to production targets,



equipment utilisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Experience

- Demonstrated experience operating multiple types of mobile plant in open-pit mining operations.

- Experience operating a combination of dump trucks, watercarts, loaders, dozers and graders.

- Solid understanding of mining production processes and material handling.

- Current competencies or Verification of Competency (VOC) for relevant equipment.

- Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices.

- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing operational requirements.

- Previous experience in production mining environments.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Current Australian Driver's Licence.

- Relevant mobile plant operating competencies.

- Ability to pass site medical and drug and alcohol screening requirements.

- Ability to work a FIFO 2/1 roster, including day and night shifts.
