The Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Transport Scheduler/Administrator to join our successful team based in Malaga. Your primary responsibilities will be the following:

- Efficiently scheduling deliveries and collections with company owned fleet

- Effectively communicate with drivers

- Offer exceptional customer service

- Always strive to meet customer deadlines and expectations

- Be able to alter runs on the go as priorities change





- Accurately input orders directly from customers and internal account managers

- Create daily run sheets

- Developing relationships with new and existing customers

- Administration and customer service tasks such as booking in bins, managing emails etc

Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this position you will need to:

- Be dynamic and have high attention to detail

- Be able to manage multiple priorities

- Have exceptional customer service skills

- Have good metro knowledge

- Be able to effectively communicate with drivers and account managers
