Our Client is a well known 2nd tier multi-disciplinary specialist based in the inner Eastern suburbs. They specialise in government, apartment & institutional projects ranging in value from $10M - $150M+.

A recent re-structure means they are now in the market for a Senior Design Manager/Head of Design. The role will sit within the executive team and head up the design function company-wide.

The role will cover the full project lifecycle. It will drive the design development process during the ECI and D&C; tender phases and then manage the design process after a project is secured.

It will be a hands-on role managing your own projects whilst also overseeing a small design team of two staff.

To be considered you will be tertiary qualified in a design/architecture or construction related field with a minimum of 8 years qualified experience. You will have significant previous builder-side experience in a design-related/design management role in the 1st or 2nd tiers.
