We're now looking for a motivated New Car Sales Consultant to join our BYD team in Penrith.

About the Role

If you're passionate about cars, confident with customers and driven to achieve sales results, this is a great opportunity to represent the growing BYD brand.

You'll work with customers from their initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery, providing an outstanding experience while showcasing the latest BYD models, technology and features.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting customers to select the right new BYD vehicle for their needs
- Presenting vehicle features, specifications and technology
- Conducting test drives and product demonstrations
- Managing enquiries and following up prospective customers




- Negotiating and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service
- Building robust, lasting relationships with customers
- Maintaining accurate customer and sales activity within the CRM
- Keeping up to date with BYD products, new models and industry developments
- Participating in ongoing product and sales training

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:

- Proven automotive sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to quickly build rapport and trust with customers
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- A motivated, results-driven approach
- The ability to thrive in a busy, team-focused dealership
- A current driver's licence
